Vice Principal
Ms. Pushpinder Kaur Bajwa
With over 30 years in education, I’ve worked to shape young minds and create supportive learning environments. Starting as a Kindergarten Teacher in 1992, I advanced through roles as Primary Teacher, Coordinator for Primary and Classes 1-8, and now serve as Vice Principal at Chandigarh Baptist School. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and fostering student engagement. Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, I am deeply committed to education as both a passion and profession, shaping the future, one student at a time

Vice Principal
Ms. Ravinder Kaur Majithia
At Chandigarh Baptist School, education is more than knowledge—it’s about mastering skills for life. Our Competency-Based Education (CBE) approach empowers students to learn at their own pace, developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world abilities. Yet, true learning goes beyond skills. Guided by our motto—“Walk as Children of Light”—we emphasize integrity, responsibility, and compassion. Education should illuminate the mind and the path ahead. Together, let’s use our knowledge, skills, and character to brighten the world.

Vice Principal
Ms. Sonali Nelson
Our mission of empowering young minds goes beyond academics to nurture well-rounded individuals ready for future challenges. Guided by the National Education Policy, we focus on experiential learning, multidisciplinary thinking, and skill development to prepare students for a changing world. Learning extends beyond textbooks through hands-on experiences that foster critical thinking and creativity, encouraging students to apply knowledge across disciplines. We balance academic excellence with character building, teaching students to approach challenges with resilience, empathy, and integrity. Together with parents and educators, we are shaping confident, compassionate, and globally aware leaders.

HOD - IT
Mr. Napoliyan Nelson
As Head of Technology, I've seen how AI and robotics are transforming industries from healthcare to education. At Chandigarh Baptist School, we’re preparing students for a future where these technologies are foundational, not emerging. Our AI and robotics curriculum covers AI fundamentals, decision-making, and practical applications across industries, along with hands-on robotics design, programming, and problem-solving. This approach demystifies technology and builds problem-solving skills. The excitement when students program their first robot confirms we're on the right path. By investing in AI and robotics now, we're equipping students with the confidence and skills to thrive in their future careers.

HOD - Pre Primary Wing
Ms. Poonam Nain
As the Head of the Pre-Primary Wing, I believe that the foundational years of a child’s life are a canvas for curiosity, creativity, and life long learning. Aligned with the vision of NEP 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework for Foundational Stage (NCF-FS), we bring learning to life through experiential and play-based methodologies, fostering holistic development. Our Jaadui Pitara—a vibrant collection of interactive and joyful learning resources—transforms everyday experiences into magical learning adventures. Through a well-structured spiral curriculum, concepts are revisited in engaging ways, deepening children's understanding.
Our classrooms are alive with storytelling, sensory play, music, movement, and real-world connections, ensuring that children develop essential cognitive, socio-emotional, and language skills in a natural and engaging manner

Academic Co-ordinator
Ms. Shifalika
As a coordinator, I firmly believe in the power of experiential learning to foster holistic development. My vision is to nurture students of Grades 1, 2, 11, and 12 into well-rounded individuals who not only acquire knowledge but also apply it effectively in real-life situations. By encouraging critical thinking, problem solving, and hands-on learning experiences, I aim to equip them with the skills needed to navigate challenges and make informed decisions.
Education, in its true essence, should empower students to think independently and contribute meaningfully to the world around them.
